The concept cards were designed to be as visual as possible to help your middle school and high school students recognize them easily. The skill-related components’ icons are featured in a hexagonal shape, reminding students that there are a total of six of them. The health-related components are featured in a pentagonal shape for the same reason.

Also included in the download are the two Fitness Component Overview Posters. Each poster showcases all of the fitness components that fall into the category that poster represents.

The Fitness Component Concept Cards have been redesigned to match the visuals used in the S.M.A.R.T. Goals Teacher Pack and other future fitness resources that I am creating.
